as you stated that you lose the money just because of the over trading and by doing some mistakes. the thing is that you should must over come with you mistakes and avoid to do the big lots and make a simple strategy and check it on the demo account and then implement it on your real account.
Brother agar itna loss hone k bad agar ap ne trade karni hia to sab se pehle demo mian practice kar k apni mistakes ko correct karen aur har trade pe apne account ka 5% risk len yehe ap k leye best ho ga..
I actually believe it is very difficult to say but i will try to avoid the mistakes that i have made from the past trades so that i can improve my trading performance and try to recover the loss that i get in the past and get more and more profit later.
actually its true that there are a lot of traders get loss in the forex market and they give up trading forex market. I advice you to practice on your demo account as much as possible, then you can find out good strategy for your trading, you should not depend on strategy that created by other traders for all trading.
well dear you have lost i fel really regret to know about this but you must be remembered that both profit and loss part of this profession and either you earn profit or you loss when ou face loss dont be pasamistic and reviewing your trading strategy
