by high or low risk , you are mean by lot size. obviously by placing a trade with large lot volume , you are taking large risk, and many new traders who do not know forex well , in order to get large profit , they place trades with large volume size without doing the analysis. and because of this habit they soon start getting margin call from the broker and loose all of their capital. always use smaller lot size while trading.
if you are a new trader my suggestion is for you you should take low risk at first otherwise if you become a loser then you hated forex and leave it. but forex is a very good profit-able trade business for experience trader. when you got experience and knowledge about it then you can be take big risk.
