i think night time is the best time.So why not just grab the trades at those timings . Mostly it happens when different market opens .

According to my experience, I would like to say that the best time of trading is when you are mentally relaxed and trade with tension less mind. As we all knows that forex market is 24x5 days and trader can trade according to the convenience, I think when you mentally relaxed then this time is the perfect time for trading and you can earn much more while trading in this time.
1. The European session is the most busy and crowded time.
2. When overlapping provide liquidity and high volatility, this is your chance to quickly reach the gain / profit in a short time.
3. At mid-week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) where the price movement was at its highest value pips.

When is the time and the hours are not suitable for forex trading:
* For those of you with an aggressive type. Asian markets become less exciting because of the volatility and low liquidity.

* The times where there is an important event the world (world cup soccer, etc.) can make the market became quiet, as traders switched attention.
* When your sleep, consider this so you are not blinded by continuous trading.
when we want to trade in forex market. we can trade in forex market. what is the best time to trade in this market. I think best time to trade in this market is that when market have good movement and market move rapidly. I think best time to trade in forex market is US session because at that time market is move rapidly because different economic data result comes at that time.
i think nothing is the best time for a trade, because all the time is the best time of the adl when able to capitalize on the trend very well and always use the ratio risk reward well and true, yet most traders trading the wrong way, i.e. they always overtrade
