I think it is not wise to invest such a huge money on learning, when we all know that market moves in front of our eyes and we only fail because of our emotions and in discipline if we control ourselves we may have some great results.
bhai agar jo hum chahte hai, ki forex market mein paisa kama kar rich ho jaye, to fir iska yehi ek tarika hai, ki apni trades mein mehnat karna hoga, experience ko badiya karna hoga, jisse income bahut hi achi hone lagegi bhai. ;)

bhai practice to kafi jaruri hota hai trading jaise business mein acha experience agar hasil karna hai, to practice ke sath sath apni knowledge ko bhi acha karke trading karte rahna chahiye, humari trading idher achi ho jayegi bhai.
We do not need to work hard physically but we really need to work very hard and trade with as low risk as you can then i bet you will be on the profitable side most of the time in market bussines.
