How much you get angry after losing?

After losing, many times i do not get angry but just very sad and regret my decision to take that positions. It is not easy for me to be discipline, and most of time, my loss is because of my undiscipline. So when i get loss, i will not angry but regret my bad habits, my undiscipline

I guess there is no limit if we should be angry in a loss how much or how. Which obviously makes angry is when we experience a margin call. I think i do not angry after losing money, because i have risk small money only per trade. If we lose small money only, i think we do not need to be angry. I still have stable emotion when i get small loss only. It makes how important is risk management in our trading, to keep our emotion stable while we trade

I do not angry after losing. I think i must have good trading psychology to become a good trader, then i can't be angry to the market if i get loss. Loss is a part of this business, i must accept my losses not matter what. I learn to accept my losses, i learn to manage my risk and using stop loss in every trade
