The best time to trade in my opinion is a time where we can always make a profit at the time of each trade. This time we could find by trial and error using a demo account first before we use a real account. in general there occurred a short time during the sessions of asia and there is a long time for the European session.

trading all the time may cause us so many looses.some traders thinking that trading more can let him to earn more.trading at the right time can give us clear profit .but if we will trade when the market is not stable and has no direction.then our earning ratio will go down.

yes its very important for us to choose the right timimg for trading , you must choose the time when the market is much volatile and there are chances of earning of pips in the stable market
so we can trade during that session and easily gain good amount of profit..... we can easily choose best time to trade in the forex market as new york and london session show good volatility in the forex market
There is no best time to trade because each trading day is unique and we must trade according to the situation of that day.Although traders do fear Fridays because they think that market is very volatile and not suitable for trading.
