There is no best time to trade you know your type of trader and what you want to achieve. some traders like to trade when the trend is smooth and slow though there may not be much pips but the little is ok and others want good trend hence they trade when volatility is high.
I avoid to do trade at the monday and saturday, because in these days market is not stable to do the trade..Always do the trade when you see the market is stable and have a good trend..
The London and new York sessions have high volatile market so this means that this is the best time to open trades and have a chance to either make profits In Forex Trade .
to me daily from early asian to the end of european session is good for trading i get my all positions for trading in these sessions and earn some decent profit on daily basis. so no worries at all.
when we are trading we should follow the direction of the market because if we are against the direction of the market because of the risks we face are very large we can be exposed to floating and suffer losses, we also have to use sl so that we can limit the losses that we experience
i think it depends on your analysis that it is good or bad because there is no good or bad time for trade but if you want to trade in a volatile market then trade in USA market there you can earn a good profit.

A trader can trade all the day in the forex market. But I think a real trader will never do it. Firstly we have to think which currency pair do we want to trade. Then we should select the session hour for that pair.
