What is the best time frame to trade??

yes, my friend in forex trading, I obviously think that 2 times is best time frame to trade at evening 7 to 11 p.m according to pakistan standard time is best time for trade because in that time market movement is very fast so put small size orders to avoid any big loss and other time at morning 3 to 6 a.m according to pakistan standard time market movement is very slow so put big size orders to get profit

well my bro, generally I definitely do think that time frame depends on the trading strategy. I think if you are a scalper then you have to choose the M1, M5 or M15 for trading and if you are long term time frame trader then you have to choose the D1, H4 or H1 time frame because it will show you the right trend to grab the market.

I am new and I have no experience. But I am jion the demo account. I am work the M30 time frame. But I have no idea that is right or not. But my option that we are use the all time frame. So that we are work the market short or long term trade. We are earn the profit as per own strategy or planning.
