When I doing trade then also analysis the market first and then take position with confidently ,Maximum time I also doing long term trade and after opening my trade I closed my PC and doing another works or doing relaxed .So it's not a factor for me when my trade opened ,that's I can not doing others work or relaxed.
I trade with a less aggressive strategy, Ever use a break going or cut red, retributive do the 2 ingenuous positions apiece day. My lieu is exclusive turn during the day and oppressed all positions at nighttime. so I'm trading with a real weaken. divers if I dealing too much.

What are you doing to make yourself relax while you are trading? I'm using EA so all execution is automated so I can relax while trading like watching TV, movie on dvd, surf the net, post at MT5 forum and can do other household chores.

yes, obviously my dear i absolutely think that I can easily control my self when my trade in risk. I am try to understand market moving action when my trade in action. I feel relax when i open a trade and i am try to get tension free. I know forex trading is risky business but more profitable.
