I think they have not the exect ideas they only give the suggestions according to their experience they do not have the fully knowledge about the ups and downs in the prices they only can get the idea according to the market situation due to the lot of experience and knowledge of the market.

I think it is impossible to know. then the broker will not start their business here. they will do it because of us. i think the market is going ups and down for the trading on the forex news and the information about different currencies.
of course yes ,, brokers can know when the price will go up or go down , as every broker has a number of technical analysts who can predict the correct future movement of any pair .
