No mt4 and mt5 are not same. their is much difference in mt4 and mt5. mt4 is old version and mt5 is new updated version of it. mt5 give us more convenience for trade but it is difficult to use due to difficult commands. mt4 is very easy to use. even new traders can also use it easily.
