the best time to open the trade is the time when the european session starts and also when USA session starts and also when there is any important news come.I say, we should trade only in hours when majority of makets are open and there is good movement in the prices other wise in dull hours it would be hard to make any profit.
I think it depend on you trading strategy. If you you want make profit on short time then you can use scalping and London and New York time is best for scalping. But if you want to trade on interday then you can enter on Asian time.

It will vary man to man and traders to traders. But I think the trading timing is inter-related to regional perception. According to my regional GMT I think 4pm to 8pm is the best time to trade. And then 4am to 8am. Again in my opinion After publishing news is another proper time to trade if your strategy is too strong to trade.
The best time to do trading is when there is good volatility is there in the currency pair as from this we can make quickly the profits and exit the trade. Otherwise we need to keep waiting for the price to hit our tp or sl got it ? But this can again be done by full time traders only, part time traders can not choose there trading time as they need to work only when they are free to do it.
the timing of trading depends on what session you trade ... and the fluctuns are happng ... bcoz there are lots of market news .. and it determines how and wat happens to market .. we cannot predict what is going to happen at a news time ... so be care fu l....
