I think after the loss should stop trading and that is the best way and as traders we have to be ready and all will be well with good management and all will be fine and we should be able to focus, and in forex trading with the conditions we have to focus, so should be noticed first.:)))
very bad feeling , on the very first moment we use to blame to other .,like market sudden change, power gone, net slow, company server slow for not able to close the order.but main reason are not this . we are not following the money management or risk management. thats why we face the loss.i accept the loss, pointout my mistake, try to not repeat. and like this i recover the loss. and again run on profit track.
Therefore in the forex trading bad emotion after getting heavy loss is too much bad for every traders. From that the trader should not be hurry for recovering loss in that moments . But in fact many traders get high tense when get heavy loss then most of them take revenge the market that hope they can recover their loss .Quote:

this is very natural when we face loss in trading ,we get upset and need some positive energy to start our trading all over again.so ,it is very good idea to go away from trading on that day ,do some physical activity ,get energy ,relax your mind and start trading next day.instead of giving up forex forever ,it is good to take a break
Asymptomatic, it is rude that a trader sense un relaxed after taxing diminution, especially if he is losing his object city, similarly, I also look status and worries regarding incoming trades, but after both nowadays I actualize that it was backhand in my condition to meet decline, that's why I visages casualty, so that entity tidy me cool.
After getting heavy loss i feel very sadness and thinking it is my own fault so then i try to find out my fault and analysis the business market again and again . And try to recover my loss becaa i think sustain is the main thing of the forex business .
I am not got heavy loss but one time i loss my 200$ in one day than i live all day a bit sad but often next day i can do try again to recover my loss because i know i loss my money due to reason of bad money management so with in next month i recover my loss and start again trade with money management
