Well i am doing forex trading since a year and i have a good experience but it is not enough because as we all know forex need so much good experience to make a good profit and we need to control our emotions and accept even small profit with happy.

I can not say that I have the capability and sufficient capacity to be able to trade correctly. I usually do not do every day. I only do on certain days between Tuesday to Thursday. I do not trade on Monday or Friday, because the market conditions are very difficult to predict.

i agree with you. it is much necessary for our benefit taking care of your emotions. we continuously worry of losses. we lose our mind simply as a result of we lost voluminous money. however i shouldn't be doing that. loss happens to be the half of one's business. we got to settle for it and never get depressed and stressed regarding that.

Just yesterday i had 7 trades out of which i lost 3 trades. I normally trade 3 pairs namely:eurusd,gbpusd and usdjpy.i made about 70% of my good trades on news trading and the rest on technical analysis setup. This was because yesterday we had a lot of news events that moved the markets.
