If you are working with the limited access or capitals then you will be more feeling bad as no one want to lose their income. So the losses will disturb our mind badly and we become more anger in this situation we have to control our emotions also to secure our self from loss.
I think we need to accept small loss in forex trading and if we can accept small loss then we can avoid big losses in trading, we should understand that if we can trade with proper discipline the we can avoid loss too.
After losing money i feel myself guilty and keep myself as silent one or two days for searching of my mistake. A mistake is make a man success, so that i hope and planning properly for new trading, that such type of mistake never come again.
It do hurt when I lose my bonus amount without gaining any profit but it does not make me angry it only hurt me, and I try my best to learn from my mistake, so that i can avoid lose in the market.
well of course I actually consider that many times I feel tired of posting again here because after spending a lot of time to post and later find yourself losing everything is painful, it hurt and some times make me feel like quit forex.
my dear actually in forex I believe i get angry and sad but what can be done if lost then it is lost, we cant get it back neither we can change the past to i buck up and try to make everything better then previous in this way only one can succeed.
