short term trading refers to dialy trading in which you open and close trade within hour or 1 day. long term trades are for more than a day and can extend to weeks and month.

If a trader have low investment and short time spend on the forex market then a trader can close his business within short notice but if a trader want to continue it full time job and he invest big invest ment then trader may cintinue it for long term.
In my opinion short term trading is the best if a person lot size is large because in large lot size very risky we can face big losses as well but in long term trading we always select small lot size which cannot make big losses as well.
Long term trading is more suitable for bigger capital investments. Since you can allow your positions to swing for long, with small capital, you can easily fall out of the market.

from the my point of view the the moderate time is best for the trading because if you give the short time for the trading then you cannot know about the movement in the exchange market and can not take good decision and if you give longer time then your mind will tired and not take good decision so you should trade for the average time this is good for the trader

i think short time trade is better then long time trade in forex trading business because long time trade take a lot of time and we become fad up which is not good and also it becomes the cause of loss on the other hand short time trade take less time and more chances of profit

main abhi forex mein short time trading karta hu kyunki abhi main ek new trader hu islye main abhi forex mein jyada earning karna chahta hu islye main abhi short time trading kar raha hu. main long time trading islye nahi karta kyunki ismein mujhe profit ke liye bahut wait karna padta hai.

shortterm and longterm I think it depends on the person who trades, if in my mind that a newbie should wear a longterm strategy, because with the longterm strategy I think a newbie would be safer keeping capital from losses.
It depends upon you what strategy you are using. For a demo accountant is a short timer trader and real accountant is long term timer trader. If you want to use short time trading you use demo account & get a large profit so use real account.
