well i will tell you the effect of news ( market news on tv) very bad coz just two days ago when the eurusd market had reached a high peak i was watching tv news to keep in touch with the experts as to what they say, they said it mit stay stable so i decided not to close my trade and left it and when i come back i was in -40$, real bad time,.......well i know this comment of mine is a bit different than all urs but just tht it was related to news so i thot of sharing it
Actually when high impact news publised then market moves very high and at this point i think technical analysis will not work but when there is no news then technical analysis help us . so we need to understand both but we need to follow news time more carefully.
