Which time is the best for scalping?

I believe that when you trading using scalping methods this are one of the best opportunities that you can not mis you have to knw when to trade with minimal effort you can go farther with knowledge that if you have chosen trading and making money this way is always changing and you can make profits from small movement

when the market is waiting for some big news and news is coming after 3 and 4 hours then that is the best time for scapling i do this all the time when any country bank meeting is there before that meeting the movement of that country currency is moving very rapidally up and down so at that we get nice profit with in short time period

I don't think trade scalping as a trading style but really it might be best to do scalping when the market is volatile such as during a news release and price is moving swiftly up and down. Then a trader can buy or sell quickly and lock in profits in short while.

I have not used the Bollinger band and i would like to learn them so that i can make some good profits from the business of Forex.
