Money bookers and liberty reserve is best. In cash bookers u will use positive identification and in liberty reserve on condition that u have real liberty money changer u will use liberty reserve and particularly the fees is incredibly less in lr.
I find that there are many methods to make deposit like liberty reserve and alertpay. For me, i prefer liberty reserve because the comission to converted and received a lot of the money is less than the other and it almost deal with all the forex brokers !!!
