Well, I think Best time to trade is when two sessions overlaps, than you will get more volatility more moves in the market but if you are a pure scalper and looking for 2-3 pips only you can trade any time or better in asian session . Thanks a lot
Forex market is open 24 a day but it does not mean its always active hole day.You can make money when the market moves up and even you can makes money when market down . The forex market can be broken up into 4 major trading session the Sydney session and The Tokyo session and London session and the New York session . Every session is important for trader .You can select as you like .

yes I think it is worth for us to chose the best time for trade and you should always wait for the right time.but for this you have to increase your experience and try to learn what think have much impact on the market for example if you knoe that some news have much impact on the market the market will go up then you have to make trades.
