forex is risky business many ups and downs are occur we should go forward with the positive attitude and patience , for this we should read books regularly and watch videos which are related to the forex i think it is the best way to keep our self otivated
I have always kept myself motivated by actually avoiding the Forex Markets when my trades are opened. This is because of the fact that when i avoid it, I am less likely going to alter it.

according to me i think that it is a good business and we can being motivated by touching with itself and i think that when i face a big loss i remain offline and indulge in watching a good movie (my hobby) it refreshes the mind. later i would try to recollect what went wrong, it may be my mistake in analysis or some events which change the course of the market. and i start fresh again accepting the loss.

I'm sure every trader must have experienced a loss in trading, even the margin call. which makes us motivated, I think is our desire to succeed. however in forex business there is a great opportunity for us to be successful in forex business, so we should always motivate ourselves, that we are able to succeed someday.
