I don't think so that we need for the specific session for trading, every session is ok if you are seeing that its a good setup for trade but i agree that some pairs move fast in these sessions, like eur/usd pair moves fast in London and new york session.
i think there is no exact time frame to do trade in Forex market some persons prefer to do trade own time frame according to their analysis of market both fundamental as well as technical analysis ,money management criteria
i think there is no good or bad time for this trading, its just we analysis that is bad or good but if u want to trade in volatile markert, trade in new york marketQuote:

Sometimes when I wake up in the middle of night to trade Asian session, I mostly find out I'm not missing much, so I stay with my session
the time frame can be use to control your day after get new one i the forex so let you take them much in your own plan for deposit

i think that it is so much difficult to tell about it. because the best time is not same for all of the trader in the trading market. but in general we can say that 8.00 am to 2.00 pm is the best time for trading.
there are advantages and disadvantages of each market session. Asia-Pacific session, where the market's movement is slow enough, then it could be suitable for scalping or hedging. While at the next session, could put a take profit target is higher, because the market is more active.
Actually I am new trader in Forex trade , so I don't know about Forex trade properly. I want to know about Forex trade properly .I think that times is no factor for a good trader It depended on a trader skill.
