The decisive break there will confirm the bullish view that the correction from 1.6765 ended with three waves down to 1.5683. In this case, further growth should be expected to retest the 1.6765 maximum. On the other hand, a breakthrough of support 1.5905 will indicate a deviation of 1.6122 and an offset to the bottom of support 1.5806 and below.

If we look on the chart, we can see that EURAUD is trying to break the 1.2422 support level now. Then, if it success and the breaking happens, I expect EURAUD will fall and will try to reach the next support level at around 1.2340.
