Sab se best lot size trading ke liye 0.01 hai or jo samjdar or expert traders hain wo yahi suggest karte hain is se risk bohat hi km reh jata hai profit to bohat km hota hi hai but risk management bohat high hai is main humain bohat zyda loss nae hota hai.

there is nothing called the best lot value for trading forex market ,,, its related to the amount of money you have ,, you must not risk more than 1% of you capital per trade to protect yourself and grow slow and steady and make profit on the long term

forex market meh best lot value depend karti hai apke investment size meh agar apka investment size 2000 dollar hai toh ap kisi bhi halat meh .50 lot size se trade na kare or ye bhi kafi high risk situation hai .

as i am a trader i think the best lot value for trading depends on your capital and your risk manament. if you have 1000 $, then 5% risk per trade is best. remember that do not use more risk if you don't want margin call.
