What is the best time frame to trade??

i think 15 min and 30 mints ka time frame bht acha hai short traders k lia q k is me jaldi trading ho jate hai me b ise time frame main trading kerta hoon.or agay apny doston ko ise py trading kerny ka mashwara deta hoon.

different people have different opinion on time frame issue,mainly it depends on the mood of the trader his risk taking ability and his satisfaction on how much profit does he want.it differs from person to person depending on his financial position as well.

in the starting i prefer to use 15M but after few month i would like to use H1, with H1 i feel more safty and get good profit and i think most of the siniour trader also suggest for this time frame

Actually there has no specific time frame for trading. It's depending on that which time will you use for trading. And what type of trader you are. If you are a long term trader then you should use daily or weekly or H4 and if you are a short-term trader then you should use small time frame and if you are a scalper then you should use more small time frame.
