Maybe you do not understand the meaning of full time trader. Full time trader means that you trade only forex as your means of income and that you spend a lot of time analysing and trading. If you are doing some other job or you are a student, then you are not a full time trader.
I think it should be start by part time then anyone have the ability to improve and having a best knowledge and getting a good experience of forex trading then it should be a full time job.
