Yes if we trade exactly when market becomes highly liquid and volatile then we can get lot of trading opportunities.So I mostly trade during London session and New York session as during these sessions market become liquid and most of high impact news release during these session.
for me i like tokyo session and new york session the are the best and they contain alot if news which effect the market heavily so i can gain profits quickly
Most traders do not want to trade in the time of news and they close their trades before news time,i think this is also good for traders who have not good experience of trading on news..

Always put in your time to understand the forex market, and trade in the market very well. Everybody have their own timing in the market, which have to deal with personality. I dedicate about 3 hrs for trading forex in every 24 hrs, i set my orders and my targets and come back after the whole trading day.
