hello sir Now paypal is fully regulated by RBI in india. And if we withdraw through paypal, its liable to tax also. moreover paypal is almost dead in india due to so many regulations. For example we cant keep our money in paypal for more than week and we have to immediately withdraw to our bank account.s and every transaction cant not be more than$500 and so on
