There are always two phases of the financial market. The first one is the trending phrase where the market keeps on trending until it reaches its maximum or minimum for the time being and the other phrase is the ranging phrase in which the market turns back and fro within a particular support and resistance levels for a period of time.

Yes mein ne bhi kaf time yeh note kia hai k most of the time Forex trading mein day k start se hi jo trend chal raha hota hai wohi trend bhi sara din bhi chalta hai. Aur jab market close honay k time per aati hai tu then uss waqt wo retracement zaroor leti hai. Aur mostly traders retracement mein trade ker k loss kerwatay hain.
Market moves in two ways one is trending and other is ranging. Mostly traders like to trade in only trending market and they open trade at the brake of ranging support or resistance. However scalpers and hedgers like to trade in ranging market because they take trades for short time to take small profits.
