It is Doji because the Upper Tail & Lower Tail both are bigger than body of the candle.

REFERENCE:-


1.) DOJI CANDLE:- A Candle is said to be a DOJI CANDLE which has No Body or has a Small Body where both the Upper & the Lower Tail of the Candlestick is Bigger than the Body of the Candle.

Following are the Examples of DOJI CANDLES:-

2.) BULLISH CANDLE:- A Candle is said to be a BULLISH CANDLE which Closes above it's OPEN price & either the Upper or the Lower Tail of the Candlestick is smaller than the Body of the Candle.
