A small ATR (30-50pips) shows the daily ranges has been small, this currency pair is moving very little. A higher ATR(100 � 200pips) shows a currency pair on a rollercoaster, either in a strong trend or ranging wildly. Obviously for a high ATR,we need a stop to give the trade some room to breathe. The ideal stop loss level is a stop of 75% ATR(20).

I have never use a RSI crossing ever. I would really like to try this out. further i have notice in both images that there are doji/hammer patterns appear before opening the position. do we specifically have to watch for that pattern too?
In what time frames we can use this strategy? can we use this in short term like M5/M15/M30 .

This seems to be a good system for long term trading. In fact on ling term trading when we follow the real picture meand trend at that time we are following the fundamentals in the greater concern so the chances of loss decreas and we can trade more.

this is strategy very suited for scalping. because RSI cross and MA very easy in reading and application. for me to get profit from way of this needn't TP too much. to anticipate false signal. because at sideway market is way of crummy. hence from that have to use short TP. if happened trend is true result of plenty if long TP. but who know market will run like what.

this is technique very suitable for scalping. because RSI mix and MA very simple in studying and program. for me to get benefit from way of this don't have to Take Profit too much. to predict incorrect indication. because at part way industry is way of crummy. hence from that have to use brief Take Profit. if occurred pattern is real outcome of a lot if lengthy Take Profit. but who know industry will run like what.

First step, we must identify Support and resistance level. to help us, just draw a support/resistance line. then, if we got a small range sup/res area, we just wait the price to break one of them. wait a confirmation candle first, after confirm break, means not a false break, so place entry, if price break support (down) place SELL and place TP on nearest Low, if price break Resistance (UP) place BUY and use Nearest TOP as potential target.

I strongly agree with you as also you need a confirmation signal as well in order to make sure your trade is right and then you can also use another indicator like macd or bollinger bands but they work better in higher time frames and also for scalping 1 M is much better than 5 M chart .

I have never use a RSI crossing ever. I would really like to try this out. further i have notice in both images that there are doji/hammer patterns appear before opening the position. do we specifically have to watch for that pattern too?
