Everyone,



We all are here in this forum, because we all are forex traders, and we are trading this world's largest market.


There are many members in this forum who are new, & doesn't know exactly how to trade this market and they are consistently losing and blowing their accounts.

Most of them have urge me to help them with their trading or share my trading system with them.


I wanted to release this thread much earlier, but i wasn't able to do that because i had no time, but now i have made my decision and will share all the knowledge that i have in a most simple manner so that every trader is benefited and even the new traders could understand it.


So, in this thread I will share my Trading Experience and Trading System with you all and will show you my exact style of trading.



Who I am :-


I am a trader who is trading the forex market for more than 4 years now, and currently the moderator of this forum and i am an intraday trader who likes to open and close my position within the same day.



You should Know :-


You should know that no one is perfect and even the pro traders analysis are wrong and they too have bad trades...

The success in forex market depends on the profit/loss ratio, so to succeed you should see that you are able to pick more profitable trades and minimize loss as much as possible...



How The System Works :-



Works on:- M30, M15, M5. (Best on M15)


The System works on All Time-Frames but i recommend you to trade it on M15 because as an intraday trader you will get 1-3 entries daily and the price action will be less than that is on M5.

It uses Trend Trading Strategy and gives signal for Trend Breakouts and Trend Retracement Breakouts.


Though no system is 100% accurate and every indicator gives false signal that is why I have designed this system in such a way that we will trade in M15 and will confirm our entry with two higher TF's H1 and H4.So, our entry will be more accurate and we will get very less false entry. So, this system is able to give you a Profit Ratio of more than 85%-90% (which is very High compared to other systems.)



Indicators Used:-



1.)Moving Average (5) with shift of 2, to make it a leading indicator.
2.)Pivot Points Daily shows daily support and resistance points.
3.)Heiken Ashi Candles.
4.)Arrow indicator indicates sentiment of market has been changed.
5.)GP_Macd (H1) shows Trend's strength in H1.
6.)GP_Stochastic (H1) shows that trend is in overbought or oversold area .
7.)GP_Macd (H4) shows Trend's strength in H4.
8.)GP_Major Trend (H4) shows current Trend in H4.
9.)Genesis Matrix (M15) gives signals to enter the market.

Note:- ........ You Should Enter in the Market as much close as you can towards the

.................... Yellow Moving Average (5).




Exit :-


We will exit or target the nearest pivot point. ( - 8 pips). Though this depends on the trend strength if the trend is stronger and you have reached the pivot point you targeted and the trend is still strong then you can target the next pivot point but don't forget to lock your profits.




Stoploss:-



-+ 5 pips of Previous Swing High or Previous Swing Low.





Exception to the Rules Of Entry and Exit :-



There is an Exception to the Rules of Entry and Exit as stated above, only when the market is expecting a Reversal, so that we can catch a good amount of move if the market reverses.

I have taken a trade on Eur/Jpy on 1 August 2013 opened at 130.48 and closed at 131.84 a profit of around +136 pips.

Major Update (Released on 8th August 2013):-




I had Made Some Modification to Our Higher Timeframe Indicators GP_Sochastic (H1) and GP_MajorTrend (H4).


Many user of this system thought that these Higher Timeframe Indicators are Repainting but that is not the case.


It will Repaint till the Higher Timeframe Candle is Running and Once it is Closed it will not Repaint.


I have Added Vertical Lines to this Indicators which will indicate the Close of Candle in Higher Time Frame (HTF).


Once, this Green Vertical Line Appears then You Should know now that the Data Before this Vertical Line is Fixed and will Not Repaint at any Cost.


Though I will Show you all, Some Examples of Live Trades How to Confirm Your Entry with HTF in my later Posts.


To Get Updated, Just Download the Template and Load it in your Terminal (No need to Download Indicators Again).

This strategy uses involvement of 3 timeframes:-

H4:- Gives Direction and strength of major Trend. (Direction Chart)
H1:- Gives Emotion and Sentiment of market. (Setup Chart)
M15:- Gives us a perfect entry. (Trigger Chart)

You can use it on M5 and M30 too, just load the template given and change the time-frame to M5 or M30 it will work fine..

And, the Main USP of this system is that because of involvement of 3 Timeframes, we will very rarely get a false entry and this system will give signal only in the trending market and will keep you out when the market is moving sideways or not trending...

This Morning i took a long entry with my system and opened a long trade at 129.82 and exited at 130.40 at Pivot Point R1 so, we had a good little trade of +58 pips of only 7 pips of DrawDown (it moved just 7 pips against us)...

Stoploss is very much important because it help us to minimize our losses. You should use stoploss on your each trade and you should place stoploss in such a way if it is hit then you are sure that the price action was not ready to move in your favour, the Price Action has reversed....

You should place stoploss at the Previous Swing High (If you have taken a Short Entry (SELL)) or at the Previous Swing Low (If you have taken a Long Entry (BUY)).


I have attached a Chart of my Previous Trade, which will show you where did i placed my Stoploss and it will explain you in detail, what do you mean by Previous Swing High and Previous Swing Low....

The beginners should trade Low volatile and Orthodox Pair that is moving with proper moves and don't have many spikes that you observe in High volatile pair therefore i would recommend them to use Eur/Usd and Usd/Chf for trading (They are Low volatile and major pairs) and use this system in M30 Timeframe because the Price Action will be less and you find it easy to trade....


This system is very easy to understand you just have to see all colors are matching then you open a position, read the first post completely (if possible read more than one time) and see the charts provided carefully, follow the rules, don't neglect Money Management technique it is important, and you will understand everything....


Everything is written in a simple language so that every beginner can understand it easily....

Ye baat sahi hai, koi bhi strategy aapko mila hai, to aapke liye jaruri yehi hoga ki aap us strategy ko pahle demo par practice kare, strategy koi bhi ho, jab tak aap uski practice nahi karenge, wo aapke samjh nahi aayega. :)

If you are a good and experience trader then you will know the system performance if you backtest it, and according to me, it delivers more than 85% and as i said this strategy involves 3 Timeframes therefore it is more accurate and you will very rarely get a false signal. This strategy also prevents you from entering in a non-trending market....

I have shown you examples of entering the trades with my system on M15 Timeframe....Now I am going to show you the example of a live trade that i took just a few minutes back on M5 Timeframe and the system works efficiently on M30, M15 and M5 Timeframe....

Here, is the trade that i took just a few minutes back with a stoploss of 10 pips and gained around +28 pips with risk reward ratio of 1:3 and that is pretty high...:yahoo:

That is i risked just 1% of my total capital and I got 3% in that trade....

Here, is the example of yesterday the trade taken on Aud/Usd on M30 Timeframe.....This is to show that the system works on every pair and M30 Timeframe.....

Stoploss of 30 pips and Profit taken of about +120 pips, according to ARS MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, I risked around 3% of my total capital in this trade and got a reward of around 12% of my total capital i.e. Risk Reward Ratio of 1:4......:yahoo:

Closed, another trade on Gbp/Jpy, a good quick +50 pips trade...

So, far, today i had two trades One on Eur/Jpy of +28 pips with risk of 1% in M5 Timeframe and other on Gbp/Jpy with risk of 2% got +50 pips in M15 Timeframe.

So, overall I risked around 3% of my total capital and gained around 7.8%.......and that's it for today because there are some major news release ahead and will be waiting for FOMC news release late in the night and if possible will trade during this news release with low risk....

Everyone,

I am taking a live trade on Eur/Jpy because it is about to break an Symmetrical triangle and our system is also giving signals that the Down Move will continue...

I will enter, when it breaks and will target 129.00 level, overall the pair is bearish....

Entered on Eur/Jpy after the breakout of Symmetric Triangle and Retracement back to the broken level at 129.57, with a stoploss of -30 pips....


But, the price soon reached the next Pivot Point (S2) in a flash (+24 pips) therefore, i moved the stoploss to -10 pips and once it breaks S2 then i will move stoploss to breakeven + 3 pips....


Hopes... that the price reaches our target i.e 129.00 successfully....

Closed the Trade at 129.30 because the pair is lacking momentum as there is FOMC major news release late in the night and the pair has to move a lot in that session therefore it moved a little of this breakout....:(

But, no matter we had a good +25 pips trade......:)


So, that was till today and if i have time i will trade the FOMC news release and will share the result with you all....


So, today we had gained around +28 and +25 pips on Eur/Jpy and +50 pips on Gbp/Jpy so we had a total of +103 pips of profits.....

The profit ratio is more than 85% and it work fine on every pair and i don't know whether it work on vps you should try it.....

And, in the choppy market, the system will keep you out, and will not give signals when it is not trending or moving sideways......

This strategy uses Higher Timeframe confirmation and we use H1 and H4 two higher timeframes so you can use this system on smaller timeframes i.e M30, M15 and M5.....

its a good strategy and if you have strong trends on higher time frames then this type of method always give you the pullback entry and signal the continuation and traders will get benefit out of that But I never trade any mechanical system as I always take price as priority and will always look to do it and best of luck to all using this system Look nice

Thanx for your precious suggestion i am really excited to test this :respect: it really amazing if its not generating any signal in choppy market. However i had some method but that was giving me false signal in choppy market .

If not, then copy it all, and then Load the template and if possible delete all the previous indicators in your Mt4 or move it them to other place, then it work for sure....

the chart is too coloured because of the many indicators that is added to the trading chart but some how it still manage to look simple for new traders to understand and take advantage of ,but my concern is that you will have to be at your trading system looking for the signal to go into the forex market which can be very stressful and result into fatigue because the market can be very slow at times.

I think that you are new, this system makes trading this market much more easier and it will gives you right statistics about the market is trending or not and if it is trending then you should look for your entering and if it not trending then you can keep yourself out from trading or should try to trade the pair that is trending currently because you cannot trade in a non-trending market.....

Heiken Ashi indicator doesn't repaints once the candle is closed, and i think that you should read about Heiken Ashi indicator first before using it....

I am having a running trade opened yesterday on Eur/Jpy and it was left overnight because the trend formation was quite strong.....

And, now i am going to show you all the power of this system, and I am in +137 pips of profit.........:yahoo:

As, you can see all the system condition for buy is statisfied therefore we buy at 130.48 with a stoploss of 30 pips....


When the price moved, broked and went above R1 i.e 130.84 then i moved my stoploss to Breakeven + 3 pips and we kept the trade open because trend was and the price was reversing from a bearish market so i kept it overnight with the target of 132.00.....

And, Today morning when i saw the price is still above yesterday R1 i.e 130.84 then i moved my stoploss to 130.80 just few pips below Yesterday R1 and lock around +32 pips of profit.....

Now, price has gone well above upto 131.80 and my target was 132.00, so i closed my trade at 131.84 because it was very much near to my target and in this way i got around +136 pips of Profit.......


In this way, i planned and managed my trade and you should also plan and manage your trade and lock your profits, so that you profitable trade don't turns into a loss......

Now, unzip and copy all the indicators i provided into your indicators folder..

Now, restart the terminal and load the template... that's it....

Yes, it will not work or execute fully, i recommend to back up your previous indicators to other location or you should install a fresh mt4 and delete the indicators of the fresh mt4 also and copy only the indicators provided....

The System works on M30, M15, M5 and the template is same for all the timeframes, you will just need to change your timeframe and the template automatically gets adjust to your preferred timeframe.....

Update on the current Running Live Trade:-


The Pair has moved into Congestion Zone again and Eur/Jpy is not performing as it used too.....

Though the direction where the pair will move is really poised as the pair is in OverSold Zone.....

But I am Going with Technicals and According to it, the pair still has some move left to the Down Side and it was confirmed when it Broked the Previous Traingle Pattern to the Down Side.....

But, Still anything can Happen, and Expect what you Don't Expect in Forex.....

Your Analysis is Valid, But it is not Complete, the Pair is Quite Bearish and you cannot Buy in this Condition (You can Buy only when you are Scalping).....


Currently the Pair is Retracing Back to Breakout level 129.31 and I think it will retrace back down and will go tonext Support Level 127.50 till tomorrow (If Volatility is good or it will take few days)....


I am Currently Trading on Higher TimeFrame (H4) with my Other Trading account and not of InstaForex, I uses Instaforex Account for Scalping & trades it using My System on M15 TimeFrame.....


But for trading on Higher Timeframe (H4), I am Fully Dependent on Technical Analysis. And, Here I will Show you how to Trade on Higher TimeFrame with Small Stoploss, Here is a Perfect Entry Available.....


So, Here is my Analysis in Reference with H4 Timeframe, where the Price will Move, According to me.....(This Analysis will be invalid if the Price Breaks the 129.31 level and moves above 129.70 level), So i recommend to put a Stoploss....


Currently, I have Entered the Trade SELL at 129.26 and placed my Stoploss at 129.96 (70 pips). It is a High Probability Trade and if it executed Right then will have a huge profit of around +170 pips......

Yes, you right And i have given analysis for major Direction and I stated in that analysis that you can Buy only if you are scalping and target around 20-30 pips. And, I am a Scalper and a Swing Trader, and takes both trades, we get Swing Trades very rare ,but they are very much profitable, and when there is no Swing Trade then i prefer Scalping....

Many will think that I have not Placed Stoploss, I don't usually likes to Place Stoploss and instead of that when i sees that the trade is Reversing then I will Hedge it....

With This System you are Not Trading on the M15 Timeframe, you are Actually Trading on H1 Timeframe, remember following 3 Things:-


1.)Your are actually Trading on H1 Timeframe, H1 is Your Setup Chart......

2.)H4 TimeFrame is your Direction Chart or Major Trend Chart.......

3.)For Entry you will refer M15 TimeFrame as it is our Trigger Chart.....


First, you will load the template on your M15 Timeframe, Now,




New Rules for Enter and Exit of this System:-




Enter Long (Buy):-


Follow the Order,


1.) First, If you will see that GP-Sochastics (H1) is moving out of Oversold Area (20-30) and Yellow line is above Magenta line and GP_Macd (H1) is Blue And, the Signal will be Valid if H1 Bar is Closed i.e a Green Vertical Line Appears..........Then, Only You Should Take the Signal as Positive & Valid for Going Long.


2.)Second, When You get the First Signal as Positive for Going Long then you should go for Confirmation To Higher Timeframe i.e H4, and Should Enter with the Direction of H4, Therefore, you will see that is GP_Major Trend (H4) is Bullish i.e Yellow Line is above Magenta Line and GP_Macd (H4) is Blue.......Again, The Signal will be valid only when the H4 Candle is Closed.(When Vertical Green Line Appears)


3.)Third, Now if the First two Signals are Valid after the Close of H1 and H4 Bars, Then you should Now Find an Entry on M15 Timeframe, And, Genesis Matrix (M15) will give you a Perfect Entry, Enter when All the Four Dots are Blue.

I know there is still a lot of confusion among you all, and thanks for posting your doubts, so that i can clear your doubts and make my system more easier, simplier and accurate for you all....



Rules for Enter and Exit When Market is Expecting a Reversal:-




In this Case, I uses Synchronization Technique and I will explain to you all how it works...


First of all, this happens only if we are expecting a Reversal or a Reversal is going to happen, you can predict a reversal is going to happen by seeing the H4 indicators that is GP_Macd(H4) and GP_Trend(H4) both will show opposite data i.e in your case....GP_Macd (H4) is Bullish and GP_Trend(H4) is bearish (i.e Magenta line is Above Yellow).


So, in this case, if GP_Sochastics (H1) are moving out of Oversold area 20-30 and Yellow line is Above Magenta Line and Genesis(M15) is giving all four dots blue(white in your template) then i think that you should enter that trade without confirming direction from H4 timeframe......But if you did you so then you will be in the trade only till Sochastics of H1 are valid ( i.e Yellow line is Above Magenta Line and if it crosses then you will have exit that trade) and also till the Matrix is in place i.e all four dots are blue. And, the Same Conditions Applies When you want to Sell the pair.


But once, H4 Bar Closes and we gets clear direction i.e in GP_Trend (H4) and GP_ Macd (H4) Boths shows similar data then we will Enter and Exit according to the Rules I have stated before or the Rules which are present in the Main Post.

There are many members in this forum who are new, & doesn't know exactly how to trade this market and they are consistently losing and blowing their accounts.

I wanted to release this thread much earlier, but i wasn't able to do that because i had no time, but now i have made my decision and will share all the knowledge that i have in a most simple manner so that every trader is benefited and even the new traders could understand it.


So, in this thread I will share my Trading Experience and Trading System with you all and will show you my exact style of trading.



Who I am :-


I am a trader who is trading the forex market for more than 4 years now, and currently the moderator of this forum and i am an intraday trader who likes to open and close my position within the same day.



You should Know :-


You should know that no one is perfect and even the pro traders analysis are wrong and they too have bad trades...

The success in forex market depends on the profit/loss ratio, so to succeed you should see that you are able to pick more profitable trades and minimize loss as much as possible...



How The System Works :-



Works on:- M30, M15, M5. (Best on M15)


The System works on All Time-Frames but i recommend you to trade it on M15 because as an intraday trader you will get 1-3 entries daily and the price action will be less than that is on M5.

It uses Trend Trading Strategy and gives signal for Trend Breakouts and Trend Retracement Breakouts.


Though no system is 100% accurate and every indicator gives false signal that is why I have designed this system in such a way that we will trade in M15 and will confirm our entry with two higher TF's H1 and H4.So, our entry will be more accurate and we will get very less false entry. So, this system is able to give you a Profit Ratio of more than 85%-90% (which is very High compared to other systems.)



Indicators Used:-



1.)Moving Average (5) with shift of 2, to make it a leading indicator.
2.)Pivot Points Daily shows daily support and resistance points.
3.)Heiken Ashi Candles.
4.)Arrow indicator indicates sentiment of market has been changed.
5.)GP_Macd (H1) shows Trend's strength in H1.
6.)GP_Stochastic (H1) shows that trend is in overbought or oversold area .
7.)GP_Macd (H4) shows Trend's strength in H4.
8.)GP_Major Trend (H4) shows current Trend in H4.
9.)Genesis Matrix (M15) gives signals to enter the market.

Major Update (Released on 8th August 2013):-




I had Made Some Modification to Our Higher Timeframe Indicators GP_Sochastic (H1) and GP_MajorTrend (H4).


Many user of this system thought that these Higher Timeframe Indicators are Repainting but that is not the case.


It will Repaint till the Higher Timeframe Candle is Running and Once it is Closed it will not Repaint.


I have Added Vertical Lines to this Indicators which will indicate the Close of Candle in Higher Time Frame (HTF).


Once, this Green Vertical Line Appears then You Should know now that the Data Before this Vertical Line is Fixed and will Not Repaint at any Cost.


Though I will Show you all, Some Examples of Live Trades How to Confirm Your Entry with HTF in my later Posts.


To Get Updated, Just Download the Template and Load it in your Terminal (No need to Download Indicators).

A: If the GP_Sochastics (H1) Goes in Oversold or Overbought area then we should exit the trade immediately only if the direction of major trend i.e GP_Trend (H4) is not Confirm or the market is Expecting a Reversal i.e GP_Macd (H4) and GP_Trend (H4) are showing Opposite data.

But if the Trend Direction is Confirmed i.e GP_Trend (H4) and GP_Macd (H4) are showing same data after the close of H4 bar then you should remain in the trade and lock your profits to a certain level and see what happens next the price moves forward and reaches your target or reverses back to hit your profitable stoploss..........Anyway, you will be profitable but this method will help you to get maximum profits.



Note:- Always, Try to lock your profits when the trade moves in +20 pips to Breakeven.

brother i have lost very badly in forex till now. there was no system that i could get hands on properly. tried harmonic patterns and everything. now i have found this. i back tested it nd found it very useful. going to trade with it on monday. i was having a account with oanda but now going to open with instaforex.

With This System you are Not Trading on the M15 Timeframe, you are Actually Trading on H1 Timeframe, remember following 3 Things:-


1.)Your are actually Trading on H1 Timeframe, H1 is Your Setup Chart......

2.)H4 TimeFrame is your Direction Chart or Major Trend Chart.......

3.)For Entry you will refer M15 TimeFrame as it is our Trigger Chart.....


First, you will load the template on your M15 Timeframe, Now,




New Rules for Enter and Exit of this System:-




Enter Long (Buy):-


Follow the Order,


1.) First, If you will see that GP-Sochastics (H1) is moving out of Oversold Area (20-30) and Yellow line is above Magenta line and GP_Macd (H1) is Blue And, the Signal will be Valid if H1 Bar is Closed i.e a Green Vertical Line Appears..........Then, Only You Should Take the Signal as Positive & Valid for Going Long.


2.)Second, When You get the First Signal as Positive for Going Long then you should go for Confirmation To Higher Timeframe i.e H4, and Should Enter with the Direction of H4, Therefore, you will see that is GP_Major Trend (H4) is Bullish i.e Yellow Line is above Magenta Line and GP_Macd (H4) is Blue.......Again, The Signal will be valid only when the H4 Candle is Closed.(When Vertical Green Line Appears)


3.)Third, Now if the First two Signals are Valid after the Close of H1 and H4 Bars, Then you should Now Find an Entry on M15 Timeframe, And, Genesis Matrix (M15) will give you a Perfect Entry, Enter when All the Four Dots are Blue.





Enter Short (Sell):-


Follow the Order,


1.) We will exit or target the nearest pivot point. ( - 8 pips). Though this depends on the trend strength if the trend is stronger and you have reached the pivot point you targeted and the trend is still strong then you can target the next pivot point.





Thus, you will be Able to Trade According to the H1 Timeframe, Follow Direction of H4 Timeframe and Trigger Entry on M15 TimeFrame From the Same Chart with the Help of my Indicators and There will be Less Confusion and You will get a Right Entry.
