I would say yes skill is a must but still atleast for me luck plays a bigger role. Agar app boht zada bhe skillful ho tab bhe it still all depends on luck without it you are zero with it you are hero simple as that aur ek baat aur bolo ga k even people who don't have any skill get alot better job than people who do MBA or other things so as i said before it all depends on luck.
