I have not much idea about it, I just know only that for scalping we use m5 and m15 chart and we can use any indictor that you use only, but for scalping you need to take profit just for 5 or 6 pips, and sl should not be greater than 10 pips, mostly people donnot use sl.

i scalp with $ 400 and i used 1 pips = $ 0, 5 - $ 2 and every day i get 30 - 60 pips and it can be 20 USD - 40 USD and the hard side from it is make profit with consistent
my indicactors are stochastic, bollinger band, trend line and zigzag
i use all time frames and open position when the smaller have same direction with the higher ( 1 H - 4 H ) and as long as there are many good fluctuation and i am sure that i can take it with safely, then i open the position

I scalped for some days but I leave it as I found it that it's not my style of trading, from my knowledge the eur/usd is the best pair you can trade in scalping and any other pair which has a low spread.

The best time frame you can use is 1m and 5m but always keep your eyes on the 4h TF trend always follow it.
the best time zone is the Asian market, best indicators I have used is moving average and macd, your target is less than ten pips and don't forget to put the stop lose.

scalping is very sensitive strategy and it cant be done always.so first of all you have to prefer the silent moment not the news time or opening of a session.and you will have to use 5 m or 15 m time frame.and you can use just one moving average like 20sma.then when the candle cross above buy target 3 to 5 pips and stop loose is 5 pips.and when cross belove 20 sma then sell and same setting will be applied.

scalping is not much as easy as we think, it is rather two much difficult, only experts and experienced people can do this, my suggession is not to do scalping in begging, as in beggining we could not determine the trend well, and could not understand the differnt charts behavior, even we donnot know the usage of different indicators.

If you want to safely use a margin of 1% of capital so to scalping. Example: If you put a target 10 pips per day to $ 5 a day (because your target is $ 25 per week) then you must install the 0.3 lot per transaction that means if using laverage 1: 100 then you need a minimum capital of $ 5000 and it will secure

I too scalper and i ussually use timezone when US session to trade because in that time you can easily meet the volatility. Use the capital 250 dollar to trade and only use mini lot 10,000. With that management money you can easily target your daily target with 30 pips or more. I prefer to use 5 minute chart to do this.

I think scalping in trend direction can be most profitable and i would prefer a stop below previous swings low. If market has to go 200 pips in trend you can have many of profitable trades before running into stop loss.

scalping is too dangerous for forex market. by doing scalping anyone can benefited for short time and not for long time. it will be difficult to make a strategy for scalping. so it is better to avoid scalping in real trade. i several time blow up my account for scalping.

when doing scalping, then I usually use the time frames M1 to M15, and will start scalping when the average candle on the M1 chart has a value 3 times greater than the value of its spread, and it's most convenient for scalping the currency pairs that have high levels of volatility, such as the GBPUSD.

Always target 2 to 3 pips and try to make more and more trades and alwasy exit on 10 pips loss and remember that do not scalp
in the opposit direction of trend.

I prefer to have 15 pips TP and 10 pips SL. because what the use of having 5 pips TP? I mean if you put 5 pips TP what would be your SL? Just imagine that you have spread of 3 pips. So in short if you want to earn 5 pips you need to actually have an increase of 8 pips as you started from -3 pips when you open a position. On the other hand what would be your SL? Since you are already started at -3? So in short you will going to have hard time putting SL if your target is only 5 pips profit.

If your monthly target profit is $ 200, you need to have a deposit of $ 1000, assuming 20% profit per month, no matter what strategy you use. Even if you use scalping techniques, safety of capital into consideration. Thus, the use of a margin of 3-5%, is to be discipline.

Sometimes im scalper as well .. i like to scalp High and lows with tight stops at these pairs: EUR/USD, EUR/CHF and USD/JPY (very good pair for scalping)

if you decide to be a scalper you have to know and calculate the risk, your target is $25-30 weekly so thats mean 5$-6$ daily,..you must have a capital at least $100 to doing it..with using 1 lot and 5-10 pip target daily..i hope my advice can help you my friend.. :)

I think that scalping need some traders who have a long experience in trading, and its not easy make profit daily. I use this type of trading more than 1 year. So I can give you some informations about my method in scalping :
1- The frame time is : 1min, 5min and 15 min (adding 30 min and 4h)
2- Indicators : Bollinger band + mumintum + alligator and center of gravity
3- More than 500$ as investment
4- Start analyzing in the opening of London session
5- Be in the front of your PC until your position closed and taking profit between 5pips and 20pips and that depend on price movement

I agree with this, but unfortunately not a lot of people do. Most believe it's better to have small lots and small pip profit over a long period of time, such as a week; compared to scalping for short term gains, as the market is much more volatile when it comes to scalping. Hey ashwin! I started with $50. I don't usually recommend trading on a single pair when scalping, you'd want to trade with almost all of the major pairs, that's how most scalpers make money (it's the quantity of trades theyre doing, find a broker that allows scalping btw and that has really low spreads. I personally roll with profiforex for those reasons.), I trade within the 1-5min timeframe. I follow c-12's method. just google "one minute wonder forex" it'll show up. good luck and im glad to see someone interested in scalping

If you want only profit around $ 200 it is certainly the target pips every day you should get is 10 pips to adjust capital target of 10 pips is you can get started with funds of about $ 500, the easiest way to get the profit is more concentration on reversal strategy by ordering it on any detainee or prisoner on down for the currency pair eurusd, how many pips that you should have received as stoplose, for hedging system of course you should not be more than 20 pips because it is large enough to defeat the scalpers

As far as trading the pair is concerned i would recommend daily trading is not recommended I always pick 1 or 2 enteries on the pair as I am a swing trader and I never risk more than 100 pips on a single target and 150 profit target

I always relies on candlesticks and rely on daily time frames I pick the entry on weekly open and I pick the most nearest swing to get confirmed and then see the fibo of the whole swing to low and find if weekly is above or below the 50% and then wait for a pullback and candlesticks pattern after the rejection from the support or resistance and if we again get confirmation above the high with bullish engulfing pattern then i will place my entry and exit with the rules I provided

I hope it helps for those who are looking to trade eur/usd and want to scalp and scalper can do the same on h4 or h1 but I never recommend scalping or hedging to anybody as it always tend to fail at sometime and if you dont use stops that will kill your account

first let me know that scalping is great way to make profit with even if you are newbie in forex trading, now let me try to answer some of your questions :

1. How much minimum investment is required. My weekly target is 25-30 $ so monthly is 200 $ profit
Answer = With $200 capital you can trade so safely with a $0.2 pip value max risking only 5% on every trade(s)

2. I would be trading in EUR USD pair only.
Answer = i would advice you not to focus only on euro/usd, there are great other pairs for scalping too

3. what should be the risk/reward ratio i.e. SL and TP ?
Answer = Take profit will be 3 to 10 pips at most (don't be so greed), Atop Loss will be 10 pips max

4. Which is the best time zone to do scalping ?
Answer = i advice you with the London session, more liquidity at that session & the trend moves very well at that session.

6. What should be the lot size ?
Answer = it depends on your capital & money management strategy you're following, for $200 i would suggest not to overcome the $0.2 lot size.

7. Which indicators should be used ?
Answer = stochastic, bollinger band & MACD

8. How many pips should be considered for profit per position?
Answer = it's scalping, so even 3 pis profit on every trade is good enough, if more, would be better, but don't be so greedy.

bhai M1 par maine kabhi bhi scalping nahi kiya hai, aur na hi karna pasand karunga, ye time frame par jayda pips nahi gain kiya jaa sakta hai, isse achcha hai, ki aap M5 ko ya fir M15 ko hi follow kare.

Scalping is a very profitable strategy.We must choose pair with high liquidity and low spread so EUR/USD pair is best,we must use M15 time frame,risk and reward ratio must be 1:3,best time for scalping is morning and evening hrs when liquidity is high and no news is scheduled to release.We can do scalping for just 4-5 pips per trade.

sclaping me hume thoda sa dyaan se kaam karna chahiy sclaping me bhaut hi jayda risk hota hai lekin profit bhi bahut hone ke chance hoten hain isliy mai ye bhaut hi badiya manta hun mai bhi sheekhna chahta hun .
