Well, your story is very familiar with me since I have similar experience with yours. I had been become a scalper in my trading career. Even if I had good massive earning from it for certain times. But, after all, I could not stand with pressure I got from this method, so I finally decided to use mini-swing as my main method till now.

Scalping could make stressful if that style of trading is not suitable with you because it will need good psychology control and it will
need fast decision in any different conditions of market. If you prefer to become day traders, it's better to avoid sideways and scalping
method because good or bad condition for scalpers and day traders will be different.

My trading style is swing trading but some time i also do the scalping and the reason for the scalping is that i try to do very smaller lot trading and that too when i see the market giving me chance.the swing trading is suitable because i get very less tension in this and most of the time i just place the orders then leave the trading terminal right away and see the trades next day.

Actually, there is no method which is better than another method. I am scalping at M5 to H1, i think its the simplest and better for me because i just trade when theres a wide range candle so to detect wide range mocement i activated price alert, also i use zigzag indicator + trend reversal + arrow to detect reversal and wide range candle, if the alert activated then I will come to my trading room and take OP, also i use pending order buy stop and sell stop to make order. thats better for me

I don't think if scalping is good for beginner because this method needs good psychology control and the method should find out the best timing to be able using the method effectively. But beginner didn't quite like to use swing trading too because it's too long to wait the movement of price to gain profit. So, I suggest to use intraday method as beginner.

I think scalping is more risky than swing trades. Because a single mistake can take away several gains and scalping is a slower system of trading fx. Oppositely, swing trading or day trading has positive impacts on gaining bigger profits at a time.

yes , you can make profit fast. but scalping is too risky it can blow up your account , if wanna be a good trader thn you should go with long term trade . but if you have a better strategy for scalping which is make 80% winning trade thn you can go with that but always follow money management . if you wanna survive:p
