i haven't seen up to currently that there will be currencies that have as low as 2 pips.... the vast majority of the combine have spread of 3 pips, and a number of pairs have higher spread as up to 20 pips these, all rely on the level of trading occurring in those combine,,, when additional individuals trade for a specific combine then a spread reduces and boost if less individuals trade because we are part of a currency.....
