Are you sure that you are running this since 2010. But, i saw only one pa mm investor with $50. Do you have any history statements that you made 10-20% per month. If you have, then upload it here. This will surely brings lot of pa mm investors. I also in a long search for good pa mm system.

Yes PAMMs are manged accounts. You just need to register an Instaforex account and join a pamm account by your choice.

Are you sure that you are running this since 2010. But, i saw only one pa mm investor with $50. Do you have any history statements that you made 10-20% per month. If you have, then upload it here. This will surely brings lot of pa mm investors. I also in a long search for good pa mm system.
No this PAMM is new running from January. Other accounts are on different brokers.

good for you my friend but i think your pamm is suitable for whom who own more than 2000 $ and can not trade for any reason or maybe he do not know how to trade because your return is really so low and that is mean your risk is so safe but you have to rise the monthly return to at least 25%.
please forgive me this is my own opinion.

Yes you're right.:) I'm currently on the safe side and I don't want to risk too much. I'll see how this goes and maybe I'll increase the risk in the future...

For all those that don't know. TrustexFund Pamm is opened under a rebate program and we all get 1.5pips on each trade extra money (split to pieces to each trader depending on the % of the distribution of funds).

Example:

PAMM trader owns 50% of the account
Trader A owns 30%
Trader B owns 20%

A 1lot position gets opened, with 1.5 pip rebates thats extra $15 and no matter if the trade closes -20 pips or +4 pips, you get the rebates!

PAMM trader gets 50% of the $15 = $7.5
Trader A gets 30% of the $15 = $4.5
Trader B gets 20% of the $15 = $3

I have some questions and really need your advice:

1. I want to open ECN account < 5000$ with lower/accepted spread, none/rare requote, none/lower fee/commission. I have checked and seem many brokers provide their own platform for ECN account. But I want to open ECN account on MT4 platform because of my indicators, my EA is written by MQL4. I want to use them. Another reason is I need to create investor password while those platforms do not support. What brokers provide ECN account on MT4 with all my requirement? Also, I'm from Vietnam, does it affect to rule of some brokers?

2. What brokers support PAMM feature? Can I use EA with PAMM?

3. I'm not clearly about this question. Let's me try to explain it. Example I manage some Forex accounts. When I open 1 order with risk 2% on my account A, others account will open exactly this order with the same risk ratio or predefine risk (i.e. acc B 3%, acc C 5%). Especially when I run EA on my account. Does we have solution for this issue out there? Do any PAMM technology support this case?

Just search for brokers regulated in proper countries like australia, usa(can't hedge, low leverage), switzerland, and UK. Also eurusd spreads should be well below 0.5 most of the time(not including commission)

You are missing the point, they can have 1,000's of PAMM accounts and manage 100Billion of money in funds, as long as they don't sollicit domestically they do not need to be regulated. That is not just a quirk in Cyprus, the same applies in any other country.

Actually, i think they did. They offered pamm account or investments. I think I remember one from FPA caiming about he wasn't refund from his pamm acct.

Document has been issued 17 december 2009. I did open my acct with them in january 2009. For as much google i would have done then,i would not have found it.

But, again, we do not need to focus on prime4x, i took it as an example, but there are more.

I do not mean a law firm to work for free, but i also doubt they would charge 50.000 us$ to start a legal claim.

I also believe that as a citizen, at least in europe, the state is due to represent you, and maybe a Police denunce could be a start for penal ,not civil, trial. because , if they are not registered, i believe they could be sued for fraud.

No they don't. They don't offer financial services, the user makes its own choices about investments, not the company. That is the problem in the EU, even a broker based in the UK does not need to be regulated if he does not accept UK clients and he can happily sollicit clients from the rest of Europe.

You need to read the rest and not just a quote, only applies to banks and insurance companies. Primefx is neither, and in the eye of the law in CY is not even a financial services company as it does not offer any services within CY.

Mifid does not apply to unregulated brokers such as this one. Cysec does not need nor want to regulate brokers that do not offer their services within CY, which is also very true in plenty of other jurisdictions. Lots of financial services companies domiciled in Delaware that are not regulated within the US because they do not offer their services there and there is nothing the NFA, SEC, CFTC can or even want to do about any disputes with them.

Not exactly familiar with Cyprus, but it being member of the EU it must adhere to minimum standards according to Mifid - so they do have some sort of regulation. By the way, i doubt they can treat eu-citizens and cyprus citizens differently.

Anyways, i agree Cyprus is sort of dodgy, alot of questionable firms are domiciled there. Wonder why that is. Maybe some legal loophole or something?

The Broker is not regulated as a Financial Institution, so the ombudsman, when that ever comes in has no say over it.

So now you want a lawfirm and a debtcollector to work for free for you and take a cut out of the money they may recover in 5 years time? When are you going to accept responsibility yourself?

Thanks shrike. I will investigate, and put it in the first post. This is actually a good new. I have been in touch with the cysec for another case ( the one i mention that i followed in fpa), and i must say they have not been very helpfull, beeing very vague about the steps to follow.

This case was about a big number of traders that were scammed. And a big amount of money.

I am amazed to see that civilised countries, like Cyprus is, are lasting so long to put the ways to fight against that scam. There are a lot of people involved in these matters.

Actually, i would also suppose some law firm could be interested in specialising in these cases. Or any newly ****uated lawyer.

Again, i am not saying about any tricks like stop hunting, or virtual dealer plug-in, but literally money hold by the broker that belong to the customer, the available balance of his account.

Reading throught, there is no need for a lawsuit to have a debt collector working to recover that balance. There would be a need of one if the balance would be disputed. But, for the greatest majority of the cases i read, the balance is not disputed, and the broker is actually "processing" or "have processed" the withdrawal.

A debt collector could perfectly do the writings and the calls, do the visits to the broker office, for a % of the balance, and could perfectly work together wit a law firm and get specialised. More if those kinds of scams are growing in numbers.

Great result. I think you are have good trust from your investor. I already open an PAMM account too. but to gain investor is really difficult thing. as long as my trade experience i get consistent profit, even that only 2% or 5%. but it was not enough to attract new investor. That was really hard to gain somebody trusting.

Thanks for all the valuable information in this thread! Especially you Marv - I totally agree with you about Armada. When I was thrown into the world of forex more than a year ago, bombarded with thousands adds and performing not detailed enough research I went for etoro - Sky high spreads, terrible trading platform, etc.

Huge mistake, but I learned the hard way. Choosing a bad broker with wide spreads and late execution of orders puts a substantial pressure on any trader, since one always opens positions far in negative. Thus, for novice traders it is extremely important which broker you choose. Take enough of time to perform sufficient research!
