Heikan Ashi is a trend folloeing indicator.so its only useful if you want to trade some trending currency pairs.i think its not good pairs are eur/usd.that all pairs they have long and good and good trends.

It is a good idea. I have recently started using Hieken Ashi candles. The results a very positive, it skip many of wrong/false signals depicted by standard candlesticks chart. But it seems to me not hundred percent or better then standard candles.

I am facing some issue in Using Heiken Ashi candles:

First is in choppy markets these candles gives fake signals but in trendy market its performance is good.
Second, I cannot figure out the reversal patterns while using Hieken Ashi.

I think you need to look at certain times where you are looking for trend changes - ie: only at the 8am GMT candle and midday candle since trend changes rarely occur at other times.

If you use moving average and heiken ashi char than you might get a good combination and a good strategy which will give you profits with a good risk to reward ratio. Yes that is really help full and i would suggest you to take 14 moving average expotential reading and apply it to the graph. That is quite good and you can make plenty of money with it. Not a bad idea to make money with some good technical analysis.

The strategy I backtested is:

Trade Long when Heikin-Ashi turns positive and MACD is below 0

Heiken Ashi is an indicator which gives you a different type of candles by averaging period closing and opening with combining low and high value to form the candle. It is one of the emerging indicator and being used in many successful trading strategies. I would recommend you to study the simple candlesticks before studying Heiken Ashi candles.

I've got an idea for a strategy with the heiken ashi indicator.
An avantage will be when you use it on trendy pairs.
Look on W1 for the higher TF, it give us the direction to which we want to trade in the lower TF.
For long trades heiken ashi must be blue and RSI must be above 55,
for short trades HA must be red and RSI under 45.

To entry the trade you look onto H4,
for long trade heiken ashi must turn from red to blue, use a SL on the last low(eventually visualize through the support-resistance-Indi) and use the money management-scripts from my other threads, the tp should be 3x to 4x of the SL, so we will get an RR of 3:1 to 4:1. For short trades vice versa.

I will try it first time at next week, will look onto 4-5 pairs to get trades.
