I personally like to do all my trades manually rather than using expert advisers, but I use some times some good expert advisers to trade, but I have found all of the expert advisers useful for some prescribed situations only, they are not useful for all type of market trends, that's why I prefer to do my trades manually.

For beginners, four hour time frame is best. Because it is a longer period time frame where the actual movement of the market got reflected. I love to trade manual trading, I have my own strategy which supports me, I use that in my trade. EA does not support me. I tried a lot EA but it does not help me to increase my profit. Rather they are more risky than my manual trading.
