like me myself, if i loss in 1 whole day, i will takes a couple of days off trading.
for me, it gave me big impact on my emotional. and will effect on my current trading.
so, to avoid such scenario, i will cut off loss / or after meet SL, i turn off and go away from trading plat form or environment that could make me want to open my computer.
