Best trading hours is London session which is 2PM - 8 PM IST and then New York session which is 7PM - 1 AM IST as the volatility and price fluctuation is more during these times. and American session that I think is the best news since a lot of data to be released and is able to push the market to move higher and longer but still have to have the vigilance trade

here are my advices ,the market makes most of the moves during Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday,why?couse these are the days that important news release.how about the hours?in most cases the trend started during Asia session will continue until opening of London.and the trend start with London will continue until new york opening.but if there are some important news for that day.have to be aware.for me best scalping time is when the big markets are closed.market will not move sharply and it is good for small **** scalping.

Do you think it would be good practice to watch daily chart for only 10 mints ?
May be you are right but in my view 10 mints are not enough for a successful trading. In the whole word always something is happening which has an impact on price movement. This could be some political affairs, weather or economy news. So we should take some more time for forex.

So check your broker�s time that the daily time frame bar closes every day.

If there isn�t. Close the screen and go forth your daily job. Come back again the next day and repeat the steps.
By just implementing this method, you will find yourself emotionally unattached and you have plenty of time to do your other stuffs.
But that does not mean you are not making good money.

But if there is no setup, i will go ahead with my other stuffs.
And then repeat the steps again.

during the European session the volume of forex trading peak and all of the currency pair are usually very active during this session.
American session is also good to trade forex because a lot of spot forex transaction actually happens during this session (according to the BIS report that i read).

I don't think 10 mins a day is enough ,it depend on numbers of news of market .But Europe time frame and US time frame are best trading hours with many news ,i often spend 1 -2 hour to trade in Europe time frame and 2-3 for US time frame. However i combinate 2-3 works at same time not only trade

First of all the big question is what pair are you trading? because many will say they want eur/usd and want to trade on europe and american opening of market. but ask them what they trade and they are trading asian pair.
My point is that if you going to trade with the opening of the market make sure that you also trading the pair that represented by that market. Because if you are trading an asian pair then what you need to wait is the asian market.

Its maybe morning in your country and evening in other countries. so if you say 7am in your country then its will be 7pm in other country or what ever time zone you are in. that's why if you ask time its going to be irrelevant. But if you ask for market time. then Just look when the japan market opened, london market opened and new york market opened. In this way you know what time its is to trade in your country. This is one big thing that actually makes it very attractive, flexibility. We can actually trade the forex market 24 hours of the day and make profit, we don't have to be full time trader, we can choose to be part time trader. I normally trade during the London open session 8am GMT.
