yep scalping is best for ranging currency pairs ,choosing a good pair is up to you ,you have to trade different pairs coz some times currency pairs trending ,its not a good idea to scalp a trending pair coz most scalpers don't use sop loss, and better if you avoid big days like non farm payroll ,

You cannot call Scalping a non-best Forex strategy just because you do not use it or because it has short Timeframes. The good thing about Forex strategies is that all works,A trader just needs to learn it.
