today i think we will learn how strong the impact of an important person word(BOE Gov) that able to move the chart almost 100 pips in single candles stick(TF 1h), this is not new to me as in the past there were also many important people who able to move the price for 200 pips(yes, that much) in single 1h candle stick

i don't think that you should to trade daily, it so difficult, because you need a big fund, and the daily is very hard to release the trend, i fail to trade in this frame, i lve the trade the h1 frame, and h4

Yes, in this way we don't only monitor our trades or journal but also learn from it and that's the purpose of having to view it again and again to find out the best thing we can do for those not so good results in our trades.
