There are some indicators you can use to predict a good trent such as bolinger bands with default settings associated to the moving average indicator set to period 200 and MA to Exponential.
You can also use Volumes or MACD to identify Bearish trend from Bullish one!
I am using these indicators and they are mostly helpfull at 70% for me.
