I seriously don't like to trade before and few hours after the release of high impact release such as GDP retails sales NFP or Bank policy decisions, as they really create risk aversion most of the time even there are no changes being made and same reports are published over and over again

Some time market get what they expect but most of the times markets gets nothing and next report that is related to the bank decision create lot of risk if there is lot of deviation in the expected and actual release and hence its really not a piece of cake that what news will hit the market and what will drive it in the expected direction for retailer to make some money.
