Watching movies is a very good idea about the forex traders that have a need to relax and avoid their trading due to high results of losses. Personally, i do anything that can allow me to move as far away from my computer as possible.

usually it's best you stay out of the market but for me i don't really have to all i have to do is keep trading my plan, i have carefully lied out rules to help me carry out trade so even if my emotion change my rules don't.

lol that is ok, it's good that one studies once self before trading in the forex market and since you understand yourself and realize the risk associated with you trading with loss spirit then watching movies will really help to clear your mind

I think personally, everyone who joined in the business must have been experiencing a situation when their morale is very low due to a loss in forex trading.
