The greater the level of leverage that we use, the greater the risk that we will encounter. It turned from what we think. If we use leverge 1: 1 then the capital that we use must be large enough. This is because the existing contract size in forex trading is the range of 1: 10.000. Therefore for those who have capital of less than $ 1,000 then you should menggukan leverage of 1: 500 only. so we could use a lot rather large according to the management of our money.

I think most of the newbies are taking leverage as a negative point in Forex trading. In my opinion Leverage is a great feature being provided in Forex markets because it allows us to handle greater amount with our small capitals.
