Just tell us the difference between of stock market and forex. What is good and bad in both of them.

In forex, we can trade with flexible because forex is open 24 hours a day and 5 days a week but in stock market, it was open 5 days a week in working hours (8am-4pm). Please don't use Indian language because I am not Indian people so I don't know about Indian language at all. Is it allowed for non-Indian people to take part in this discussion? In forex, we can use small amount of money, different with stock market which needed more than 1000 dollars, that's what I knew.

But the risk is not only in forex there is also risk in stock trading but that is low and we can not use any leverage in stocks so a good amount is required to get some reasonable profits.

In my view stock trading and forex basically have the same backbone, the difference is the leverage which makes all the difference, leverage makes forex more profitable and risky (or clean you account. lol) too. Its the leverage that enbles forex traders to start with low capital while in stock, big capital is require due to absence of leverage.

I think the major difference in forex and local stock market is the margin trading. In forex market a trader can trade with low investment and as a return profits are high but in stock market investment is high and return is low. i did the opposite, i trade forex first then stock later, the difference is in stock when we decide to buy the risk of falling is far less than FX, the leverage also different, we are unable to use 1:1000 leverage in stock which is very unfortunate, if we are able to do so i will pick stock trading any day:)))

yes i agree with you in stock time we got 5 time margin only in one condition if we trade intraday. if you are day trader then no benifit of margin. but in forex its not de[end on type of trading we always got margine accourding to our leverage.

I agree with your view as well - it is not as easy to open a stock trading account as it is about forex trading because to open a dmat you need to complete lot of formalities. Also brokers hardly give 4-20 times margin/leverage and that too for intra day trading only. If you dont close your trade and keep them open for several days you need to deposit full amount.
