A Review on Pattaya, Thailand

Pattaya is one of the largest beach resort cities in Asia and the second most visited city in Thailand, after Bangkok. The city of Pattaya is divided into three main areas, namely Naklua, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien.

The development of this city is very rapid, especially in the Jomtien-Sattahip area which is full of tourist attractions that are spread on either side of Jalan Sukhumvit-Moo, Na Jomtien.

Since more than a year I lived in Pattaya, Chonburi Province-Thailand, many tourists from the Asian region came to visit. Most of them have been to Bangkok often, and this time chose Pattaya as the next destination in Thailand.

When going to Thailand we were told to go to one of the islands - not to Pattaya. But since my wife doesn't like to fly airplanes, and we only had 6 days in the country and didn't want to spend much time on traveling by land - we decided to give it a try. Worst fears proved to be true. Dirty streets, dirty sea (no swimming at all), practically no beach. In exchange for all that - lots and lots of girls' bars and aging men surronded by young girls... Truly "shame of Thailand", as one of our local acquaintances said.

Sanctuary of Truth is one of the temples in Pattaya. This tourist spot in Pattaya is a temple whose entire building is built with wood carved with motifs of Hindu and Buddhist gods.
Visitors will be amazed by the beauty of this building from the first time they see it. When you first enter this building you can see 2 dragon reliefs and you will also be greeted by reliefs of Lord Shiva and Dewi Parvati. This carving means that parents must always unite and raise their children.
On one of the walls of the Sanctuary of Truth there is a carving of a building with a carving of the Ramayana Story. This carving depicts the four hands in the Siamese Ramayana story. It mingles with nature and other living creatures such as deer and elephants. On the other side of the wall there are also reliefs that describe the life of Thoraban Castle.
These beautiful carvings on tourist attractions in Pattaya reflect civilization. That we will not be separated from philosophy, religion and art. The carvings in every detail of this building have their own meaning.

Coral Island or what in Thai is usually called Koh Larn. On the way to tourist attractions in Pattaya, visitors can see the residential areas and all the activities they do. The beach on this island is suitable for swimming and diving. The water is blue, and the marine flora and fauna in it are very rich and diverse. If you don't like diving, visitors can just sunbathe on the beach and enjoy the warm sun.
The strong impression of this tourist spot in Pattaya is that it is romantic, comfortable, beautiful that is Koh Larn. That is the reason that makes this beautiful place a prime target for honeymooners for newlyweds. Located about 3 kilometers southeast of Phuket, Coral Island has 2 main beaches, namely Long Beach and Banana Beach. This tourist spot in Pattaya is called Pulau Batu Karang because at Banana Beach, when snorkeling towards the sea that is a little deeper, visitors can see amazingly beautiful coral rocks.
