I think doing trading in demo viscount for long is just a waste of time, its better to open cent account and practice in that because we will get all the emotions and that we cant get in demo account.

to start forex people say start with a demo account. but i think its boring to do that way, instead its better to open a real account with small deposit and start right away and i gurantee it will be more exciting then trading with a demo account. learn at least the some candlestick chart patterns, bollinger bands and moving average indicators.

Welcome Pritam to indian forum. well I think you have to read the manual of the mt4 terminal this will help you for your problem . also try to see some video about this. well you the new one and you try demo thats good. if you want to use demo like real feel then always use small balance in demo like 200$. this will help you. and also to learn forex see our forum and ******** to learn it. first learn then try to earn money. one more thing first time sabhi trader loss karte he aur loss se sikhte he , agar aap bhi loss kare to usse sikhe . umeed he ki aap age ja kar ek accha trader ban paye.

frined in my view first you use demo account for 2-3 months and made a data sheed that how many trade you do successfully.
if you are able to made profitable trade then go with real account but dont put there real money first use bonus that you earn with bonus post and trade with low lot 0.01 size.

If you are totally a beginner then you should start with demo accounts to learn how to make trades/place trades. just to get a hand running on MT4. Open close charts, using and inter changing different time frames. Use demo for a month and then make a cent account to trade on that. You will get much learning from cent-account than a demo account as far as trading is concerned.

I practice in demo trading for about 3 months and I was able to have consistent profit in there. But when I trade live with my micro account I have many loses and got it margin call after one month. I learned a lot from my micro accounts and its my firs real teacher about losing hard in forex trading. Really...learned hard that forex trading is a serious business that needs all your concentration.
three month demo trading experience is good. its also good that you made there consistent profit.
